We meet once a week for 2 hours, where we discuss the topic together. The teaching will be interactive with plenty of practical examples and tasks.

It doesn’t end with the workshop. You will receive materials for further work – videos, minibooks, study materials, and tips for further resources.

Topics of individual modules
1. Emotions and empathy in communication
Why do conversations sometimes not work, even if we say the right words? You will learn to work with emotions – your own and others’ – as a tool for understanding. We will create a common foundation on which we will continue to build.
2. Active listening techniques
You will gain tools to really tune into the other person and become someone people want to confide in. You will deepen your understanding and ability to ask questions that lead further.
3. Talking about yourself and your needs
Asking for what we need is not a weakness – it is the basis of healthy communication. You will learn to formulate your needs clearly, factually, and with respect for others. Practically.
4. How to open up unpleasant topics
What about topics that are on our minds, but we are afraid to say them? In this module, you will learn how to prepare the ground, find courage, and conduct difficult conversations without unnecessary stress.
5. Manipulation and communication traps
How do you know if someone is crossing boundaries? And how do you speak up without starting a war? You will learn to read between the lines and stand up for yourself with respect.
6. Healthy and productive conflicts
Conflict is not a failure – it can be an opportunity. This final module will give you the tools to resolve differences and tensions constructively and without fear.

Who is the Masterclass for?
Suitable for everyone who works with people. Whether you are a nurse, project manager, freelancer, or teacher.
How does the masterclass take place? Is it more theory or practice?
Each module has three parts: brief theory, interactive exercises, and transfer to practice. Most of the time is devoted to training and sharing, you will go through the theory before the online meeting itself.
How much time will the Masterclass take me in total?
6 online workshops of 2 hours each + 1 preparatory and 1 final meeting. In addition, asynchronous preparation and tasks (approx. 1–1.5 hours per week, depending on your desire to go into depth).
What if I cannot attend some of the meetings?
Due to the focus of the masterclass, no recordings will be made of the meetings. You will have access to summaries and videos from the module. In addition, you will be in a support group where sharing also takes place after the lesson is over.
Will I have access to the materials even after it's over?
Yes, everything will remain available for 3 months after the end of the Masterclass (minibooks, videos, wiki…).
How do I sign up?
