Together with Šimon, we prepared an intensive, 4-week and very practical program “Learning Sprint” on the topic of effective communication, which we consider to be one of the key skills in the company.
We started the program with an hour-long webinar, in which Šimon showed listeners the most important principles of good communication. I really appreciate that Šimon was able to make even online training interactive and engaging, in short, so that even a large audience could properly enjoy it.
This was followed by 4-hour workshops over the following 4 weeks, this time in a small group. Each focused on a different topic (e.g. effective feedback, presentation skills). After a short introductory theory, we immediately jumped into (un)popular, but effective “role plays”, because practical practice in the safe environment of a small group is what really works.
Šimon is a great facilitator, even in an online environment, where it is not easy to maintain attention at all. He is a communication professional – he can observe any communication transgressions even during a short “scene” and then provide really useful, very specific feedback for improvement.
Working with Šimon was really a pleasure and the evaluation of the program participants was great – so I can definitely recommend the cooperation!
