First of all, I would like to commend the entire planning of the workshops and their execution. Although some workshops were time-consuming, I did not observe any of the participants being unfocused or even bored, which is often seen in longer workshops. This was mainly because \u0160imon led the workshops in a very interesting way and all participants were involved. If I speak directly about my personal experience, I gained a lot of practical advice on how to cooperate within the management, but also between departments, and I was also very interested in the preparation of crisis scenarios. After the workshops, there was definitely a better connection between the members of the management and overall I would say that we are more unified. I would definitely recommend workshops from Mindset Mentors to every company regardless of size, because I am convinced that \u0160imon is very good at perceiving the state\/situation in which the company is located. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Summary of workshop benefits: clarification of responsibilities regarding the development of new products, which I was not sure I was responsible for; improvement in the system of information transfer to production, we are starting to reduce dependence on one material supplier. Together we have achieved a certain sense of belonging and connection. We do not avoid open communication and we show an effort to understand the actions and positions of all parties. I would say that the cooperation works very well. From my position, the greatest success is the definition of all roles in the company and their subsequent contribution to the company's goals. We plan to work on this in the near future, because the determination of responsibilities and competencies is key – we believe that it will also be reflected in the company's productivity.

The workshops were very beneficial and inspiring for me. Each part brought me new knowledge and food for thought. I am glad that we can repeatedly return to the notes and I greatly appreciate the addition of tips for books or articles. It certainly moved me forward in the role of leader, but it also supported teamwork in my opinion. Overall, I rate the training very positively. It was excellently organized, with practical benefits for our daily work. \u0160imon explained everything clearly and understandably. He has the ability to make even difficult topics understandable, fun, and even in difficult situations he was able to create a pleasant atmosphere. It certainly helped me with conflict resolution, improving communication, and I am learning little by little to work on eliminating stress thanks to islands of joy. Thank you for this opportunity.
