First, we listened. At CityZen, we paid attention to how teams work together, what already works, what is the biggest pain point, and where the hidden potential lies. After each workshop, the CityZen teams were given a task \u2013 not a formal &#8220;homework assignment&#8221;, but a practical step that followed up on what they themselves identified as a challenge. <\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it was about clarifying competencies, other times about revising communication habits or introducing retrospectives. Although some workshops were time-consuming, I did not observe any of the participants being unfocused or even bored, which is often seen in longer workshops. If I speak directly about my personal experience, I gained a lot of practical advice on how to cooperate within the management, but also between departments, and I was also very interested in the preparation of crisis scenarios.
